Nutrition & Meals
Good nutrition is a cornerstone of effective learning, especially in children. Studies have consistently shown that children who eat a regular breakfast are more alert, think faster, and are more sociable. Notably, a good breakfast has been linked to better learning and improved attendance. The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) supports this by providing nutritious meals and snacks to children in various care settings, ensuring they have the energy and focus needed for a successful day of learning and growth.
